Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan on 31 July 2009, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 52,305 1p Ordinary Shares (restated to reflect block listing of 10,461 5p Ordinary Shares prior to share split) admitted on 27 August 2010.
