The Company was today notified by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited that on 25
February 2002 they sold 800,000 Ordinary shares of the Company, on behalf of
Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust PLC.

Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust PLC now holds nil Ordinary shares of the issued
class of capital.

The Company was also informed that Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited purchased on
25 February 2002 800,000 Ordinary shares of the Company, on behalf of Leveraged
Income Fund Limited.

Leveraged Income Fund Limited now holds 800,000 Ordinary shares representing
5.08% of the issued class of capital.

The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 4,350,000 Ordinary shares, representing 27.62% of
the issued class of capital.
