January 2002 they purchased 800,000 Ordinary shares of the Company, on behalf of
Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust PLC.

Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust PLC now holds 800,000 Ordinary shares
representing 5.08% of the issued class of capital.

The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 4,350,000 Ordinary shares, representing 27.62% of
the issued class of capital.
