sold 800,000 Ordinary shares, on 13 December 2001, on behalf of Aberdeen High
Income Trust PLC, representing 5.08% of the issued class of capital.



Aberdeen High Income Trust PLC now holds nil shares.



The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
its associated companies is 3,550,000 Ordinary shares, representing 22.54% of
the issued class of capital.
