Following a sale of 106,000 Ordinary shares on 8 February 2001, Govett
Enhanced Income Investment Trust PLC now holds 744,000 Ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 4.72% of the issued class of capital (previously 5.4%).
As a result of this sale Govett Investment Management Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
