The Company has been informed, by a letter dated 23 November 2001, that
Pennine Downing AIM VCT 2 plc, purchased 3,333,335 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22 November 2001. This represents a notifiable interest of 6.4% of
the Company's Issued Ordinary Share capital.
