Annual General Meeting

 

As previously announced on 28 June 2023, Chariot (AIM: CHAR), the Africa focused transitional energy group, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today at 11.00 am at the May Fair Hotel, Stratton Street, London, W1J 8LT.

 

Once the formal business of the AGM has concluded, management will go through an AGM presentation which will be followed by a Q&A session and refreshments. The presentation will duly be made available on the Company's website.
