Director's Dealing

Chamberlin plc ('the Company') announces that it was informed on 22 February
2008 by Alan Howarth, Non-Executive Director, that Alan Howarth & Associates
Ltd, a company controlled by Mr. Howarth, on 31 January 2008 purchased 5,300
ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of
187 pence each.

Following this purchase, Mr. Howarth's beneficial interest in the share capital
of the Company is 5,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 7,437,658 Ordinary Shares.
