Holdings in Company / notification of transactions of directors

Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, has been informed that Labro Investments Limited, in which the Company's Chairman Martin Andersson is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of shares, purchased 152,000 Chaarat shares on the market at an aggregate share price of 34.8 pence per share on 8 October 2019 and 186,116 Chaarat shares on the market at an aggregate share price of 36.4 pence per share on 9 October 2019.

Following this purchase Labro Investments Limited held 145,469,002 Shares, representing 32.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has been informed that on 10 October 2019 Robert Benbow held 235,000 Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company following the purchase of 10,000 Shares at an aggregate share price of 37 pence per share on 2 October 2019 and 100,000 Shares at an aggregate share price of 37 pence on 9 October 2019.
