Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 17th March that as of that day Sarastro Group Limited held  17,606,228 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 representing 5.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.

 

In accordance with the announcement dated 27 September 2016, a further 3,527,976 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of six months from 1 October 2016 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
