2008,that as  at  close of  business  on 7  November  2008,  Cazenove
Capital Management Ltd. holds a  total of 11,998,950 Common  Shares.
This holding  represents  16.69 percent  of  the total  issued  share
capital of Chaarat as  at 10 November  2008, being 71,883,433  Common
Shares.
