The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies
Act, that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being
non-beneficial holders, have an interest in 2,956,119 Ordinary Shares in the
Company representing approximately 5.04% of the issued share capital.
