The Company has been notified on 21 March 2006, in accordance with Section 198
of the Companies Act, that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have sold 640,000
ordinary shares in the Company taking their total holding to 3,335,400 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 5.83% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
