Act, that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being
non-beneficial holders, have sold 422,765 ordinary shares in the Company taking
their total holding to 2,905,335 ordinary shares, representing approximately
4.95% of the issued share capital.
