interest in 21,300,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p, representing 14.25% of the issued
share capital of 149,479,502 in the Company.


Aberforth Partners is not the beneficial owner of the shares, which are
registered in the names of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C ABERFRTH; Bank of
Ireland Nominees Limited; The Church Commissioners for England (Chase GIS)
Nominees Limited and State Street Nominees Limited A/C JD59.
