interest 6,087,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p, representing 4.08% of the issued
share capital of 149,316,858 in the Company.

Aberforth Partners is not the beneficial owner of the shares, which are
registered in the names of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C ABERFERTH.

The holding forms part of the interest of Aberforth Partners that at present
totals 17,212,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p, representing 11.53%.
