The Board of Cenkos is pleased to announce that Ben Procter is to be appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect and as an executive director of the Company subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval.

Previously Ben has held a number of different roles at UBS in both the UK and the US, including Co-Head of Finance Technology, Head of Service Management & Billing and most recently leading Global Finance Transformation.

Commenting on the appointment, Julian Morse, CEO of the Company, said:
