Milestone signs agreement to license Disorder Content to Nexstar

Milestone, the AIM quoted (AIM: MSG) provider of digital media and technology solutions, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to licence Disorder to Nexstar League Ltd ("Nexstar") allowing them to syndicate the content globally.

Milestone purchased Disorder in April 2014 and has since re-launched the print version of the magazine as well as producing a new website and app. Disorder is a youth magazine focusing on talent from the music, fashion, sport and lifestyle sectors. Milestone also currently uses Disorder Magazine to provide delivery of industry-focused training for young people.

Nexstar was launched in October 2015 as a Joint Venture between Milestone and Black Cactus Holdings Pty Ltd ("Black Cactus").

Disorder Magazine can now be accessed via the Nexstar website: www.nexstarrewards.com.
