The Company announces that it anticipates launching the programme nationally in the UK in early 2014. This follows a successful pilot of the US based Spirituality for Kids International Inc. educational programme entitled "Winning in the Game of Life" hosted in collaboration with the UK based specialist Educational Provider - Prospects Improve.

The pilot resulted in some valuable case studies, with teachers reporting a noticeable improvement in some pupils' behaviour. This result affirms the 2008 findings published by the RAND organisation, which reported an improvement across areas such as communication, social, conduct and study skills following a US pilot study that involved over 700 children across 19 sites in Florida.

The UK pilot programme included schools from a number of areas in the UK including the Isle of Wight, London, Birmingham, East Yorkshire, Kent and the South Coast.

The programme content addresses all aspects of the Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural curriculum learning needs of pupils as outlined by Ofsted.

The programme has 3 levels of learning covering Years 4, 5 and 6 of schools' Key Stage 2 classes, and is then followed by a programme for teens, which can be taught at secondary school level.

Discussions are ongoing with the Sir John Cass Foundation and key delivery partners including SSAT (The Schools Network) and Prospects Improve, the largest public / private educational partnership in the UK. This will facilitate the roll-out of the programme via established distribution channels and networks of schools.

The roll-out is anticipated to commence with a marketing campaign in September 2013 with teacher training occurring between October and November 2013 ready for the new school term commencing in January 2014.

Milestone plans to collaborate with an industry partner to measure the social impact of the programme in the UK.

The Company believes that the programme will generate gross revenues of between £500 - £750 per school. In addition, further revenues will be generated through the sale of workbooks.
