Result of General Meeting

The Board of Roxi is pleased to announce that at today's General Meeting the Ordinary Resolution was passed. 

The Resolution called for the approval of the sale of the Company's interests in BNG Ltd LLP as part of the agreement announced on 19 January 2009 between the Company, Eragon Petroleum Limted, BNG Energy BV and Canamens BNG BV.

Following this approval, the transaction will be executed subject to receipt of the required regulatory waivers and a number of procedural matters.
