Carr's was informed on 24 November 2004 that two directors, Chris Holmes and Ron
Wood, both exercised options over 19,690 shares at 212 pence per share. As a
result of these transactions the holdings of Chris Holmes and Ron Wood have
risen accordingly to 51,690 and 29,190 respectively (representing 0.6% and 0.4%
of the issued share capital).
