Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 15 November 2007 Carnival

Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased

100,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.264041 per

share.  The highest price paid was £21.70 per share and the lowest price paid
