It is confirmed that all of the resolutions put to the Company's shareholders 
at the AGM held yesterday were passed. 

In accordance with paragraph 9.31(b) of the Listing Rules, copies of the 
resolutions has been forwarded to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
