Under the Carillion Sharesave Scheme 1999: 3,236 applications were received
from Carillion employees as a result of which options were granted over
6,140,194 ordinary shares of 50p each on 16th November 1999 at a subscription
price of £1.091. A number of the directors of Carillion plc were granted
options under the Scheme as follows:
