The portfolio, valued in excess of £34m, is primarily located to the west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and in Surrey and Berkshire. Extraordinary General Meeting At an extraordinary general meeting of the company held today, the resolution placed before the meeting in respect of the renewal of approval of waiver under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers was approved. The result of the poll was 392,249 votes for; 82 votes against; and nil abstentions. Accordingly, Mr J R Wollenberg and persons deemed to be acting in concert with him under the City Code as a result of market purchases by the Company of up to 260,987 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's AGM also held today, may increase their aggregate interest to 35.9 per cent of the voting rights of the Company and 37.17 per cent of the voting rights of the Company if J R Wollenberg exercised options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares previously granted between 16 March 1999 and 14 January 2003. The Concert Party currently holds 531,298 Ordinary Shares and if the options are exercised will hold 561,298 Ordinary Shares.
