                           Notice of Interim Results

Carclo plc, the global supplier of technical plastic components, will be
announcing interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2006 on Tuesday
5 December 2006.

An analyst meeting will be held on that day at the offices of Weber Shandwick |
Square Mile, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, WC1 at 9.30am.
