                   CHAIRMAN'S AGM STATEMENT
 
The  following  statement  was made  to  shareholders  at  the
company's Annual General Meeting today:
 
'Trading  in  the first few months has been in line  with  our
expectations and CTP Carrera acquired in April of  this  year,
has  benefited from strong and sustained demand  in  the  USA.
Forward indicators across the Group remain encouraging and we are
confident that the Group is returning to growth and will  show
progress in its results for the full year.'
