NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS - UPDATED TIMINGS

Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday, 10 August 2023.

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at the revised time 10.45 a.m. UK time on the day, with a webcast also available, replacing the previously announced time of 9.00 a.m.
