In accordance with paragraph 15.9 of the Listing Rules we advise that Camellia
Plc purchased, for cancellation, 4,500 ordinary shares of 10p each.  Details
are:-

        25th May 2000      500 ordinary shares at £23 per share

        25th May 2000    4,000 ordinary shares at £25.25 per share
