Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') has today been advised of the following transactions involving two of its directors:-

On 29 May 2009, William Wyatt, purchased 6,800 Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.012% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) at 1477p per share. The shares were acquired on behalf of his four minor children, as follows: Miss Isabella Wyatt - 1,700 shares, Master Oliver Wyatt - 1,700 shares, Miss India Wyatt - 1700 shares and Master Johnny Wyatt - 1,700 shares.  

Also on 29 May 2009, a trust of which the children of The Honourable Charles Cayzer, Victoria and Charles Cayzer, are beneficiaries, purchased 2,000 Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.003% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) at 1477p per share. Mr Wyatt is a trustee of the trust and therefore Caledonia shares held by it are also included in his non-beneficial interests. 

These purchases are transactions requiring disclosure by Mr Wyatt, The Honourable Charles Cayzer, and their children as connected persons, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.  All of the Caledonia shares purchased were acquired from within the Cayzer family concert party.  

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Beneficial - 106,524 shares = 0.18%

Non-beneficial     - 19,093 shares = 0.03%

Options - 121,844 shares = 0.21% 

Deferred bonus plan - 20,389 shares = 0.03% 

The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Beneficial - 52,555 shares     = 0.09%

Non-beneficial - 28,505 shares = 0.05%

Options -130,983 shares = 0.22% 

Deferred bonus plan - 12,117 shares = 0.02% 

Mr Wyatt's and The Honourable Charles Cayzer's non-beneficial interests are each included in the other's beneficial interests.

All of the shares purchased will be registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
