CAIRN HOMES NOTICE OF EVENT

19 February 2016: Cairn Homes plc (LSE: CRN), the Irish homebuilding company, will issue its end of year results for the period ending 31 December 2015 on Monday, 29 February 2016.

The results will be available on the Company's website, www.cairnhomes.com from 0700 hrs (BST) on that morning.

An Analyst and Investor call will be hosted from 0830 (BST) on the morning of the results.
