Cairn Homes Parkside development attracts strong interest from buyers

29 September 2015: Irish housebuilder, Cairn Homes Plc (LSE:CRN), has reported strong interest in its first development at Parkside, Malahide Road, Dublin. 

The group has released an additional 30 homes for sale, after going sale agreed on 30 houses in Phase 1 in its opening weekend, achieving an average sale price of €342,000.

The development launched last weekend (24 September), with a range of high specification three and four bedroom homes on offer.

The majority of homes have attracted interest from young families with a large proportion of first time buyers.

Commenting on the successful launch, Michael Stanley, CEO, Cairn Homes said: ''Each home at Parkside has been designed to deliver the quality, design and lifestyle expected by today's buyers and we are delighted with the response to date.''

Currently the group's largest development, the c. 50 acre Parkside site has zoning potential for a total of 433 homes when complete.

In addition to Parkside, the Group has eight further sites currently at various stages of development, planning and construction.
