Sterling Conversion Rate FOR 2015 INTERIM DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford"), a leading global finance and professional services firm focused on law, has previously proposed a 2015 interim dividend of 2.33 US cents per share to be paid on 23 October 2015 to shareholders on record as of 2 October 2015.

 

For shareholders who receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend is 1.522378 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.5305 set on 7 October 2015.
