Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to paragraph 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notice on Monday, 9 August 2010, that Angela Ahrendts, a director:

1.            received Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") on Friday, 6 August 2010 following the exercise of options granted under the Company's share plans, as follows:

Of the resulting Shares, 94,087 were subsequently sold on Friday, 6 August 2010 at an average price of 865.1031 pence per Share, to cover tax liabilities.

2.         sold 150,000 Shares on Friday, 6 August 2010 at an average price of 856.373 pence per Share.

3.         sold 150,000 Shares on Monday, 9 August 2010 at a price of 864.9467 pence per Share.

Following these transactions, Angela Ahrendts has an interest in 363,816 Shares and awards over 1,849,792 Shares.
