Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"):

The Company received notice on 1 March 2010 from Joy Frommer, a PDMR, that on 1 March 2010 she sold 94,199 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 637.479 pence each.  Following this transaction, Ms Frommer holds 67,020 Shares and awards over 542,641 Shares.
