Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the 'Company') received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ('PDMRs'):

The Company received notice on 20 November 2008 from John Peace, Chairman, that on 20 November 2008 he purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 174.0 pence each.  Following this transaction, Mr Peace has an interest in 175,738 shares.

The Company received notice on 21 November 2008 from Angela Ahrendts, Chief Executive Officer, that on 21 November 2008 she purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of  US$2.6616 each.  Following this transaction, Ms Ahrendts has an interest in 317,495 shares.

The Company received notice on 20 November 2008 from Joy Frommer, a PDMR, that on 20 November 2008 she purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$2.70 each.  Following this transaction, Ms Frommer has an interest in 128,258 shares.

The Company received notice on 20 November 2008 from Pascal Perrier, a PDMR, that on 20 November 2008 he purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 173.5109 pence each and a further 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 172.25 pence each.   Following this transaction, Mr Perrier has an interest in 186,223 shares.
