Talks with AT&T re Net2Phone Inc Stake

  BT today confirmed that it is in discussions with AT&T
  which may lead to it taking a stake in a holding company
  which proposes to acquire a stake in Net2Phone Inc., a
  provider of voice over IP telephony technology.
