100,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.20% of the issued class of
capital), at 380.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
18 July 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,906,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
