Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 17 March 2015 to make market purchases of its own ordinary share capital ("Ordinary Shares"), it repurchased for cancellation on 22 May 2015 9,500 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 568.657p (with the highest price being 570.00 pence and the lowest price being 567.00 pence) per Ordinary Share.  This represents approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's current issued Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 43,024,918 Ordinary Shares.
