25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.05% of the issued class of capital)
at 430p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 24
August 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 47,665,014
Ordinary 25p Shares.
