46,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.09% of the issued class of capital),
at 366p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 46,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 21
December 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 49,846,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
