45,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.09% of the issued class of capital)
at 424.32p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 45,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 28
December 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,441,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
