The Company was advised on 25 November 2003 that Fidelity International Limited
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries together with FMR Corp. and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries had increased the number of ordinary shares held by
them in the Company to 27,993,892 ordinary shares of 10p each. This shareholding
represents 9.57% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
