Company's ordinary 25p shares took place on 4th December 2006:


Mr A M Jones, a Director of the Company, exercised 95,331 Rollover Options, at
an option price of 387.4p per share.  Mr Jones then sold these 95,331 shares at
a price of 1515.4819p per share.
