Swallowfield Plc ('the Company') was notified today that Western Selection P.L.C. acquired 25,000 Ordinary shares on 17 February 2010 and a further 40,849 Ordinary shares on 18 February 2010. Following this acquisition Western Selection P.L.C. holds 1,487,649 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
