Swallowfield plc ('the Company') announces that Stephen Boyd, non-executive Chairman of the Company, notified it on 14 June 2012 that he acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 120 pence per share on 13 June 2012.  Following this acquisition Stephen Boyd holds 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
