Braemar Group plc ('the Company')


The Company has today received notification that Marc Duschenes, Managing
Director, today purchased 280,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares')
in the Company at a price of 2.75p per Ordinary Share.  The beneficial interest
of Mr Duschenes following the purchase is now 21,254,999 Ordinary Shares
representing 18.68% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
