Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it received notification on 22 August 2008 that, on 22 August 2008, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.8p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchase is now 32,443,332 Ordinary Shares representing 19.80% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
