                  Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting



Further to the announcement of 9 March 2006 regarding the proposed placing and
conversion of the convertible loan, the Company is pleased to announce that at
the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were
passed and accordingly the new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on
AIM on 5 April 2005.
