The Company announces that it received notice on 17 October 2006 that on 11
October 2006 Moore Credit Fund (Master), L.P. no longer had a notifiable
interest in the share capital of the Company.



On 20 October 2005 the Company announced that on 17 October 2005 Moore Credit
Fund (Master), L.P. had an interest of 1,395,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company, representing 6.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
